Stormzy has reacted angrily to a newspaper after it used a picture of him instead of Manchester United’s new signing Romelu Lukaku.
The Grime star took to Twitter after The Herald mixed the two men up writing: “I don’t find none of this funny btw.”
The newspaper has been accused of racism after their mistake went viral.
Stormzy, 23, added: “Don’t wanna sound like the party pooper who missed the joke…”
The Irish paper replied to the performer: “Sincere apologies, we don’t think it’s funny either.”
In an apology on their website Alan Steenson, Herald Editor wrote: “Hands up, we got it badly wrong.
“Earlier, we made an error with a picture of Romelu Lukaku that wasn’t him. It was Stormzy.
“To be honest, we are totally embarrassed and want to say sorry to all involved and our readers for the error. We will keep our eye on the ball in future.”
Stormzy was pictured in Manchester United branded jacket – the club he has supported since he was a kid.
Fellow London musician Manga Saint Hilare replied to the tweet: “It ain’t funny yano. Don’t know why people are taking this for a joke ting.”
I personally think everyone needs to relax. It was a simple human error after all.
